HR Officer

Main tasks:

• Recruitment, selection, appointment and introduction of new employees;
• Formulate and manage function profiles;
• Formulate training and employee development plans;
• Execute functional appraisal talks together with the concerning manager;
• Manage pension related issues and employee insurances;
• Manage car leasing contracts;
• Staff administration and management of staff files;
• Manage the salary administration with relevant information;
• Future member of the management team Numidia BV.;

Responsibilities & Authorization

• Draw up a HR-year plan as part of the company plan, in close cooperation with the Managing Director;
• Manage and implement the HR-policy in the daily operation of the company;
• Initiate salary payments;
• Hiring external services and persons within the agreed company plan;
• Give advice (asked and unasked) in relation to HR issues to the management team;

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor level in personnel management;
• At least 2-3 year working experience in a similar position;
• Good knowledge of the Dutch social and labour laws;
• Good communicative skills;
• Upright personality;
